Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. 1. Cancellation will stop future billing. 2. No refunds will be provided for the current or previous billing period.
If you face any technical issues or errors related to your digital business card, our support team will assist you to resolve the issue. However, technical support does not qualify for a refund.
Incorrect Purchase
Please review plan details carefully before purchasing. vBizCards is not responsible for refunds due to incorrect plan selection or change of mind.
Pricing & Feature Changes
vBizCards reserves the right to update pricing, plans, or features at any time. Such changes do not entitle users to refunds.
Exceptional Cases
In rare cases, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of vBizCards management. Any such decision will be final and binding.

Account Suspension or Termination

Downtime or Maintenance
Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues do not qualify for refunds.
Third-Party Payment Charges
Any transaction fees, taxes, or charges imposed by payment gateways or banks are non-refundable.
Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate payment, users must notify vBizCards within a reasonable time. Valid duplicate payments may be refunded after verification.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. Users are encouraged to contact vBizCards support before raising disputes with banks or payment providers.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved in exceptional cases, processing time may vary based on the payment method and bank policies.
Refunds, if any, will be processed in the original transaction currency. Applicable taxes or GST may not be refundable.
